Basic Information:

  • Entry Deadline: September 28, 2018
  • Judging Takes Place: October 1-October 5, 2018
  • Winners Announced: October 6, 2018 (Optimist Park // 6th Annual Pumpkin, Cider, & Fall Beer Festival)
  • Entry Fee: $5 suggested donation to charity (please send with your beer)

Entry Rules

  • Please utilize the BJCP Bottle Identification Form
  • Please include 2 bottles in your submission
  • Drop off at 924 Broad Ripple Ave Indianapolis, IN 46220 (or mail to same address ATTN: Chelsey Wetzel)
  • Bottles should arrive between Friday, September 21 and Friday, September 28
  • If you’re dropping them off in person, please come between the hours of 11am-9pm
  • A minimum of 1 gallon needs to be available for the festival where we will have attendees choose a “People’s Choice”
  • To pour your own beer, you must have a valid IN serving permit
  • If you have style questions, please refer to the BJCP Style Guidelines
